The Optima office campus consists of two (2) existing award-winning LEED™ Platinum certified Class “A” office towers, The Optima White Tower and The Optima Red Tower, and a new state-of-the art 28-story Class A office building, The Optima Onyx Tower, currently under construction. The Optima White Tower is a 9-story, 84,401 square foot trophy office tower and The Optima Red Tower is a first-class boutique 4-story, 29,621 rentable square foot office building.
