When completed next summer, the neighborhood will include a 100,000 square foot expansion of The Strong National Museum of Play, a new Hampton Inn & Suites operated by Indus Hospitality, and our residential and retail development known as VIDA. VIDA includes 238 residential apartment units (which are fully leased) and over 15,000 square feet of retail. Currently we have two new businesses ready to open this month: Fattey Beer and Nerdvana, an electronic game-themed restaurant.
