TD Cornerstone Commercial Realty Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa (collectively, the “Advisors”), have been retained on an exclusive basis by KSV Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of the property, assets and undertaking of Ashcroft Urban Developments Inc. including its interest in the real property known municipally as 101 Queen Street and 108-116 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario (the "Property" or "Offering").
The Offering is located within a recently completed, modern mixed-use development steps away from Parliament Hill in downtown Ottawa and offers investors the opportunity to acquire and operate an established extended stay hotel property or reposition as a luxury rental apartment building.
