In February 2023, P3 Logistic Parks has acquired the development asset on a freehold land in business park P3 Amstelveen, an established logistics area in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, that is specifically well-known for its greenhouse- and horticultural sector. The building consists of a lettable area of around 27,446 sqm, including a 22,618 sqm warehouse, 1,300 sqm office space and a 3,500 sqm mezzanine. It is dividable into two units making it possible for multi-tenant usage. This state-of-the-art distribution center, designed in collaboration between Heembouw Architecten and Nes Vastgoed, will be suited for light industrial.
