Krystal is an American regional fast food restaurant chain headquartered in Dunwoody, Georgia, with restaurants in the Southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. It is known for its small, square hamburgers, called sliders in places other than the Southeast, with steamed-in onions. Krystal has expanded to 10 states with nearly 300 restaurants. Phenix City is located in Lee and Russell counties in eastern Alabama and is the county seat of Russell County. The city is home to approximately 40,000 residents. It lies directly across from Columbus, Georgia, and is part of the Columbus, GA-AL Metropolitan Statistical Area.
