This Tier III designed newly constructed, state-of-the-art colocation facility uses cutting edge, energy efficient, water-cooling technology, and is one of the most advanced, environmentally sustainable data centers available on the market supporting rack densities of 55 kW+. Commissioned in 2021, the ±6.5MW of critical IT load data center includes a ±20,000 square foot permanently affixed floating platform that houses four data halls. Each data hall is situated in a secure access vault with dedicated mechanical rooms and designed for a minimum of N+1 redundant operation. The data halls are designed for cabinet heights between 42U and 52U, and a 6,000-pound static load rating. Nautilus has long-term operational control of the site from both the Port of Stockton and California State Lands Commission. Adjacent to the permanently affixed floating platform, the operation includes a ±8,000 square foot Office and Warehouse building which provides a reception area, security offices, NOC, private offices, conference room, high density configuration rooms, a kitchenette and loading dock with secure storage. On-site parking is provided for 45 vehicles. The facility is monitored 24x7x365 by onsite security, plus land and waterway patrols by Department of Homeland Security, the United States Coast Guard, and the San Joaquin County Sheriff Department.
