1001 Kings Avenue is an 11,702 square foot, three story, historic building in Jacksonville's vibrant Southbank neighborhood. Constructed in approximately 1912, this historical gem has undergone a full interior gut rehabilitation, as well as a holistic exterior refurbishment. The new design retains the original brick exterior facade, while transforming the interior into a contemporary showroom and office space. A new and dynamic feature of the renovation includes the addition of an 18 foot wide by 25 foot deep one-of-a-kind stadium seating staircase that will serve as the building's focal point. The building is within walking distance of many popular restaurants and retailers as well as the St. Johns River waterfront. Further, the building sits just blocks away from RiversEdge, a new 32-acre waterfront development, which has broken ground, and is expected to offer 200,000 square feet of office space, 134,000 square feet of retail space, 950 residential units, 147 hotels rooms and a 125-slip marina.
