The AvidXchange Music Factory is a 275,000 SF mixed-use entertainment district located in uptown Charlotte. The Music Factory was converted from a mill built in 1900 and still retains many of the original and historic characteristics, including much of the original wood and brick used in construction. The development features a unique mix of office, restaurant, bar and entertainment venues that create a thriving culture well-suited to creative office users. The recently completed Cadence apartment complex, as well as the AvidXchange headquarters also serve to create a live-work culture appealing to a wide variety of businesses.
