Rockefeller Group has begun construction of Sycamore Hills Distribution Center on 34.63 net acres in Riverside, Calif. The project includes two buildings totaling 603,100 square feet: a 400,000 square foot building (Building A) and a 203,100 square foot building (Building B). The project is in California’s Inland Empire East industrial submarket. JPMorgan Chase provided $87.2 million in construction financing to support the project.
Sycamore Hills Distribution Center is located along Alessandro Boulevard and Barton Street just west of the I-215 Freeway’s Alessandro Boulevard on/off ramp. The project is strategically located near the Ontario International Airport with easy access to the Ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach and within an eight-hour drive to customers in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. The two buildings include 36’ clear heights, 56’ x 60’ column spacing, 623 auto parking spaces and 155 trailer parking stalls.
