The construction is aluminum framed glass curtain wall system with polished green-gray porcelain tile panels and glazing. There is a 2x2 suspended ceiling grid with acoustical laying tiles. Doors are 3x9 solid core oak with polished chrome, ADA levered hardware and Corbin locks. Floor coverings are 30 oz. cut pile and vinyl covered tile.Of the five 3,000# capacity high-speed audio-enhanced elevators, one is oversized with double-load capability for freight off a separate service vestibule and one is a 4000# hydraulic freight elevator serving freight dock and service vestibule area of the building.In addition, the HVAC features two Trane 340-ton centrifugal water chillers with one Trane vertical discharge VAV air unit handler per floor. Heat provided by electric assistance in exterior zone VAV boxes.
