Build-to-suit project for NMS Communications. As the first building to be developed at 9/90 Corporate Center, 100 Crossing Boulevard received a tax increment financing benefit to assist in closure of the former Framingham landfill. The three-story building features brick and combination strip windows/glass curtain wall system. The lobby includes a two story open space accessed by a monumental staircase. Also in the building is a full service cafeteria.
