Centrally located on Central Avenue and 1st Street South, near the main downtown retail/night life district. The street level retail spaces are anchored by the James Museum Western and Wildlife Art, a 80,000 SF museum, which will house about 500 premier works of art and it will include a gallery space, sculpture court, jewelry collection, theatre, event space, and a store/café.
