Building One of Saloom Office Park features two like-structures of three floors each, joined by an open air atrium. Each floor contains approximately 27,486 square feet of gross building area, for a total of 82,458 square feet. The building is constructed of dark, earth-tone brick with bronze solar reflective glass. Each of the floors are designed for maximum efficiency and flexible space planning with typical bay depths of forty feet and a five-foot window module. The horizontal banding of the building allows for an extremely high window ratio. The buildings are served by two elevators which open to the atrium. Tenant structures are of the high quality, including nine-foot finished ceiling heights, full-height solid core tenant entry doors, and fluorescent lighting fixtures.
