Sommers Bend is the final phase neighborhood of the Roripaugh Ranch Master Planned Community. The community is already active and features over 2,000 homes with 2 recreation centers, 1 large sports park, 1 small sports park, age qualified units, a park and ride facility, and a unique 200+ acre open space preserve. Wingsweep is one of the co-developers of the project and combined have spent over $100M spend on conditions with the remaining projects under construction set to complete in Q2 2025. There are currently no conditions of approval to begin building out this lot.
