The local centre is located immediately to the north of the school and the local retail and service buildings will form a modern parade of shops which will front onto Bluebell way and will be set back behind a tree lined parking area. The North Whiteley Consortium has already delivered the infrastructure necessary to provide access to the site. Development / Construction management plans to be agreed with the Consortium Project Manager in advance in accordance with the North Whiteley Consortium site rules
