ONE Chandler is a mid-rise mixed-use and qualified Opportunity Zone development project in the Phoenix suburb of Chandler, Arizona. The 291-residential unit project will consist of nearly 30,000 total square feet of retail and office space on the first floor while also offering some ground-level housing opportunities along Washington Street. The planned property will also include a 28,000 square-foot landscaped garden walk above the second level that will wind around the eastern, southern, and western sides of the project.
