Across from Campus Martius Park, the building at 1000 Woodward Ave. was designed by architecture firms Hamilton Anderson and Rossetti and constructed in 2003 as the Compuware Headquarters for the computer-software company’s main offices. The highrise was purchased by Bedrock and renamed One Campus Martius in 2014. The 16-story structure of steel and concrete features a façade of granite and limestone. The pentagonal, Postmodern-style property boasts the world’s largest indoor water sculpture, extending the 14-story height of the central atrium. Event and meeting space is plentiful and beautiful, from the lobby and attached patio to the top tier and wraparound terrace. Also onsite are a childcare center and a fitness center for employees, as well as restaurants and retailers. The location includes an accessway to the adjacent parking garage.
