The preliminary office park plan is projected to establish three buildings, located in a high traffic area. It is right off of Virginia Avenue with neighboring properties being the local police department and parks and recreation office. The office park will provide ample parking, to support the buildings totaling 24,500 square feet. The land plot is currently zoned for commercial development, C-1.
