Former hillcrest manor garden apartments was the premier multi-family location in Midland. All former buildings have been torn down. Private setting but close to town and borders the Midland Public swimming pool. Midland is home/headquarters to the PA Cyber Charter School and within 6 miles School of the new Royal Dutch Cracker Plant.
