The property is a speculatively built IOS facility, with two maintenance shops with individual points of access. The shops will be fully functional upon delivery. The sites are individually fenced, lit, and gated. They can be leased together or separately. The yard will be mostly paved, with only small portions of gravel on each. It will all deliver in September of 2024.
